Refunds And Cancellation

How PDFStay handles Pro pass access, subscription cancellation, refunds, and billing support.

24-hour Pro Pass

The 24-hour Pro pass does not renew. It unlocks Pro tools for 24 hours after successful payment and then expires automatically.

Monthly Pro Cancellation

You can cancel monthly Pro from the entitlement window in PDFStay by opening subscription management. Cancellation stops future renewal, and current-cycle access remains available until the paid period ends.

Billing Support And Refunds

Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. For duplicate charges, billing errors, or a technical issue that prevents access after payment, contact support@pdfstay.com within 7 days with the payment email and a short description of the issue. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights or Creem Buyer Terms.

Support Response

PDFStay aims to respond to billing and entitlement requests within 3 business days. If you do not recognize a CREEM.IO* STORE charge, include the charge amount, date, payment email if known, and the last 4 digits of the charged card so the payment can be matched quickly.

Local PDF Processing

Refund or billing review does not require PDF files. PDFStay processes normal PDF tasks in your browser and does not ask you to upload private documents for billing support.
