Why scanned PDFs need a separate check

Rotate scanned pages in 6 steps
- Save a working copy of the scanned PDF.
- Open Rotate PDF.
- Choose the working copy from your device.

- Reopen the file and inspect text direction, stamps, signatures, and page order.

Check print and portal behavior
Many scanned PDFs are sent to portals, printers, or reviewers who expect a predictable packet. After rotation, use a normal PDF reader to check the file. If printing matters, open print preview for at least one corrected page. If upload portals matter, make sure the rotated file still has the expected page count and filename.
4-point scanned-page review
After export, run a 4-point review: check page 1, check the final page, check every rotated page, and check 1 neighboring page around each rotation. If printing matters, test 1 corrected page in print preview before sending. If a scan packet has more than 20 pages, sample the start, middle, and end in addition to every changed page.
Limits and privacy boundary
