Extracting one page is useful when a larger PDF contains one receipt, one signed page, one certificate, one appendix, or one page that must be sent separately. It is different from compressing the whole file or deleting unwanted pages from the original. Extract one page in 6 steps

1. Save a copy of the original PDF so the source remains unchanged.

4. Select the exact page number you need. If the document has cover pages or roman numerals, confirm the visual page, not only the printed number.
5. Export and download the one-page PDF.
6. Reopen the download and check that it contains exactly one intended page.

Check the selected page before sending

A one-page PDF can still be wrong if the wrong visual page was selected. Review the exported page against the original packet. Check the title, signature area, page number, date, stamp, and any attachment label. If the page was part of a form, make sure the form still makes sense without the pages before and after it.

For official submissions, keep the original PDF until the recipient confirms the extracted file is accepted. Some portals expect the whole packet; others ask for a single signed page or certificate.
